How much do your services cost?

  • $150/month per unit – Single-family homes

  • $120/month per unit– Multi-unit (20% off)

  • $90/month per unit– 5+ units (40% off)

  • $75/month per unit– 10+ units (50% off)

  • 5% of rental income – Commercial units

  Note: Additional fees may apply for leasing, marketing, inspections, or turnover.

Do you offer leasing-only services?

​

Yes! We provide stand-alone leasing services including marketing, showings, tenant screening, and lease preparation for owners who prefer to self-manage.

Do you guarantee tenant placement?

​

Yes. We include a 6-month placement guarantee with every leasing service. If a tenant breaks their lease within that time, we’ll find a replacement at no extra cost.
